HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@sakalamai.com within 30 days of your purchase
- Include your order details (name, email, and product purchased)
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request, though we appreciate any feedback to help us improve.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
Refunds are eligible within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to issue refunds.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCEPTIONS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Products purchased under a promotional bundle if part of the bundle has already been used commercially
API COSTS
Please note that our refund policy covers only Sakalamai AI product purchases. Any API costs incurred through third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are non-refundable through us — please contact your API provider directly for those charges.
