1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Sakalamai AI's website, tools, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Sakalamai AI provides web-based AI content creation tools that operate using your own third-party AI API keys. Our tools include content generators, social media tools, blog repurposing engines, and AI assistants, all available through one-time lifetime access purchases.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Lifetime Access: Our products are sold as one-time purchases granting lifetime access to the tool version available at time of purchase, plus any updates we release.

No Subscriptions: We do not charge recurring fees. Your purchase is a one-time transaction.

API Costs: Our tools require you to supply your own AI API keys. Any costs from third-party API providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are your responsibility.

4. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@sakalamai.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the purchased tool for your own business purposes
• Generate content using the tool and use that content commercially

WHITE-LABEL LICENSE: The White-Label tier grants additional rights to resell and rebrand our tools as your own products.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share access to purchased tools (except with White-Label license)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
• Use our tools to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Use our tools in violation of third-party AI providers' terms of service

6. YOUR API KEYS AND CONTENT

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid API keys and complying with all terms of your AI API providers. You own all content you generate using our tools. We make no claim to AI-generated content created using your API keys.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use Sakalamai AI services to:

• Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• Circumvent any security features of our services

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on the Sakalamai AI website — including designs, logos, text, and tool interfaces — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission, except as granted in your purchase license.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakalamai AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakalamai AI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
